On April 4, 2006 a new hotel with the unique name “Ulitka” (“Snail”) appeared in Barnaul. The Ulitka is managed by a Greek hoteller.

Our hotel was built by ALTAN Company in cooperation with a foreign partner. The 7-storey construction (with the area of 2 500 m2) was built in 14 months from the moment of the old building demolition to the commission day of the new one. For Siberia it is a kind of record. Today our unique building beautifies the city.

At the Ulitka you can enjoy a club-like atmosphere: there are 48 rooms in the hotel. Once visiting our hotel you will stop looking for something better and become our regular customer. The hotel’s facilities are suitable for both business people and holiday-makers. Our advantage is a European style comfort which makes us favorably different from other hotels of Barnaul. Our services meet western standards. Each of the hotel floors represents an individual ethnic style – there are Russian, French, Japanese, Greek and Italian floors.

We also offer 11 double rooms. The last 10 rooms are extra comfortable luxury suites five of which have bay windows, overlooking the city.

A superb buffet-style restaurant is available for breakfast. On the 1^st floor you can find a round-the-clock cafe and on the 7^th floor there is a cozy lounge bar crowned with a glass dome. We can offer you a room-service system (you can order meals and drinks right into your room or sauna).
